Space to slow down in a busy world

Unhurried 60-, 90-, and 120-minute massages to help you relieve stress and connect with your body.

Leave feeling softer, quieter, more spacious.

Bodywork that meets you where you’re at…

Each session is designed for what’s showing up for you on that particular day. I always check in beforehand so that you can share your observations and current concerns. And the listening doesn’t stop there. Each session responds to what your body has to say as well. My intention is to create a space that is grounding, nourishing, and deeply relaxing.

What does it mean to be a cyclical being?

The internet is full of hormone hacks, tracking gadgets, and cycle syncing tips.

But what about you? Where does your unique body fit into all of that?

In 2027, I’ll begin offering group classes and individual sessions to help you learn to chart your menstrual cycle, recognize your patterns, and build a more informed relationship with your body.

Cycle mapping is a practical life skill—and an invitation to get curious about yourself.
